Music

Hardneck garlic. The porcelain group is our common garlic. It grows very well in all climatic conditions from temperate to cold. Rustic and resistant to the garden, it will honor your family reserve for the whole winter. It has a high content of aillicin, the health property of garlic. It has been bred to have mostly 4 or 5 cloves per bulb. A winning attribute for those short on cooking time! A great introduction to the world of garlic.

How to use

Profitable and labeled “classic”, Music porcelain garlic is ideal for flavoring large recipes. Its reputation precedes it for its size and its spicy raw taste. A real remedy! That said, the intensity fades when cooking for too long. Add 2 to 3 minutes before closing the stove. Its storage in the shade and cool for 7-8 months is entirely respectable.
