Music
It’s the stample ” Quebec garlic”. Sure value. Intense taste raw but rather mild when cooked. It often offers good yield potential in the garden.
Salt spring Extra Early
The first garlic bulb of the year, it arrives at the beginning of July. Rare garlic from our collection. Its color and refreshing taste is worth the detour.
Steadfast
Late garlic. Last harversted. Sulphurous pungent taste. 5% produce garlic scapes. All white with pinkish glow. Storage Champion (May June).
“Rose de Lautrec”
Great rich and complex taste. A very long lasting life until May. Brilliant color.
Siberian SOLD OUT
Best for roasting because it retains its flavor. Large cloves easy to spoon once roasted. Good conservation (March)
Puslinch LIMITED
The great favorite for raw usage. Taste rich and deep but not spicy. Rather short storage (January)

Raw
Eating raw garlic? It’s a yes! Savor the garlic from the artichoke, rocambole, creole and violet striped groups.
It may seem inconceivable to eat raw garlic, but the health benefits are proven. These mild varieties can be ideal for enhancing your salad recipes, raw marinades, sauces, etc.
Whether your preference is rich and spicy garlic mayonaise or tzatziki or a more refined garlic vinaigrette, this group is for you. You will find your account there.
Roasting
Enjoy preserved garlic from the Marbled Purple Stripe, Standard Purple Stripe, Porcelain, Elephant and BBQ Grilled groups!
Each of these types of garlic are very practical for roasting since they are all made from large cloves (cloves).
Here is a simple recipe to accompany your roast dishes: preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Using a knife, cut the tops of the garlic heads. Brush the tops of the heads with oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 45 minutes, cut sides up. Your loved ones will be speechless!
Keeping
If not losing a single clove of garlic from yesterday is essential for you, here is the armored set. It is made up of the Creole, Elephant, Artichoke and Silver Skin groups.
This germ survival kit is made up of 4 grands crus: Rose (Creole), Elephant, Italian (artichoke) and Steadfast (silver skin).
Store in cool shade at room temperature for best results and long lasting beautiful bulbs. Consume as usual.
Growing Pack – Rustic
Grow easily garlic at home and amaze your guests! This set is composed of garlic from the rocambole, standard purple stripes, marbled purple stripes and porcelain groups.
This starter quartet offers you more rustic bulbs, adapted to the reality of the northern climate. Discover the flavors of Puslinch (rocambole), Chesnok Red (purple streaked), Siberian (marbled purple streaked) garlic as well as the flagship product of Quebec garlic, Music garlic (porcelain). Some will be good for eating raw, others are better suited to roasting or spicing up your favorite dishes.
Planting is best done in early to mid October in well-drained soil with plenty of sun exposure. A cover of straw or leaves is welcome if there is a risk of running out of snow. The harvest takes place when there are 4 or 5 green leaves remaining on the plants, i.e. in the last week of July in southern Quebec. The plants must be dried for a good 4 weeks to get maximum flavor and better lasting. Store in the shade and cool at room temperature.
