Puslinch

Hardneck garlic with garlic scapes. Purple and white tunic. The rocamboles group is stocky and robust. It requires a cold climate. Its ease of peeling and its extraordinary rich and complex flavor make it a very popular garlic among gourmet. It has the most turquoise foliage with the exception of elephant garlic which is not a true garlic. With its 8 to 10 pods per bulb, we often find an irregularity in size and sometimes two germs in the same large clove.

How to use

Rocambole garlic does not have a long shelf life, particularly the large bulbs. Consume first until January. Extremely tasty and rich, it goes perfectly with the first summer tomatoes.
